🌱 AgeinGreen’s Third Translational Project Meeting and training 🌍
🎉 On Tuesday, 08/10/24, the third translational project meeting of the AgeinGreen project was successfully held in Krakow, Poland. The project focuses on equipping seniors with green skills and knowledge through intergenerational learning and workshops to ensure they understand the environmental challenges our planet faces today.
💡 During the TPM3, partners discussed the materials that have been finalized so far. The highlight was WP2, which involves the creation of a training program with various workshops that can be applied in intergenerational groups. These workshops aim to educate seniors on environmental challenges like climate change. All partners reviewed the final draft version, and we are excited to soon share the final version!
🗺️Next, we discussed our transition plans and ideas for WP3 and WP4. One of the exciting upcoming tasks is the creation of a Quest featuring local green practices, alongside the development of a training handbook for seniors that ensures they gain the digital skills needed for the quest.
🎯 The training, held on the 9th and 10th of November, was led by our host, Fundacja Mapa Pasji (Poland). As experts in designing quests, they provided invaluable insights into organizing and creating them. All partners gained essential knowledge on developing quests—an engaging tool that can be used not only for this project but also for many other educational topics. We even got to experience a quest firsthand, and it was a truly fulfilling experience for everyone!
🙏 A huge thank you to our host, Fundacja Mapa Pasji (Poland), the project coordinator, Inštitut Antona Trstenjaka (Slovenia), and our partner organizations Gantalcalá (Spain), and M3Cube (France) for their excellent collaboration.
