‼️The first international workshop of the SEE Project has been completed!
💯The SEE project aims to promote informal volunteering as a valuable form of civic engagement, inform the public of its importance and need, and help rescue and aid organisations recruit more volunteers.
👉On the 23rd and 24th of November the first international workshop was organized in Nicosia, Cyprus. First aid organisations and their volunteers were informed about the project during the workshop. They discovered interactive participatory methods such as the Fish Bowl, Open Cafe etc. which can be used with their volunteers. Through relevant case-studies, they developed in groups their communication plans to attract more volunteers.
