🎉HANDS TOGETHER is a new Erasmus + KA2 Adult Education Project, aiming to equip professionals with new competencies, while empowering the elderly with memory loss and early signs of dementia with personal and social skills through LLL and the utilisation of assistive technology.
🙌Our HANDS TOGETHER KOM took place online, on November 27th, 2024. Participating organisations had the opportunity to meet each other and discuss the beginning of the project, along with each organisation’s responsibilities.
