GREENSKILLS4DEAF: Promoting inclusion, digital innovation and green transition in VET through the acquisition of green entrepreneurial skills of DHH students for better skills match with the labour market
The GREENSKILLS4DEAF project aims to empower Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) individuals by providing green and entrepreneurial training to improve their skills and job opportunities. It will create an e-glossary for environmental and business terms to make learning more accessible and offer innovative training programs. The project supports educators by enhancing their teaching methods with micro-credential courses and promotes collaboration between VET schools, the community, and the labor market. GREENSKILLS4DEAF also strengthens community engagement and awareness, ensuring equal access to education and job opportunities for DHH people and fostering inclusive practices in training organizations.
