The 3DECO-PRENEURS4VET project addresses the dual challenges of digital and green transformation by equipping VET trainers and learners with cutting-edge skills in 3D Modelling, Design, and Printing (3D-M-P), paired with social entrepreneurial competencies. This initiative fosters sustainable development and aligns VET modernization with labor market demands.
The 3DECO-PRENEURS4VET project aims to transform vocational education and training (VET) by enhancing the skills of trainers through professional development courses focused on integrating emerging technologies, particularly 3D Modelling, Design, and Printing (3D-M-P), with social entrepreneurial competencies for sustainable development. It seeks to modernize the VET sector, driving digital transformation and strengthening its readiness, resilience, and capacity to meet labor market demands. By leveraging the opportunities offered by 3D-M-P, the project supports the shift toward advanced manufacturing, fostering employment, value creation, and the reallocation of production back to Europe. Furthermore, it empowers individuals to become digital creators and social entrepreneurs who address societal challenges through innovative 3D-M-P solutions.
